腹腔镜结直肠癌患者围手术期应用快速康复外科护理效果

Perioperative Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing for Patients With Colorectal Cancer Undergoing Laparoscopic Surgery

目的探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌患者围手术期应用快速康复外科护理效果。方法选取2013年7月-2016年1月我院收治的110例行腹腔镜治疗的结直肠癌患者作为观察目标,按照数字法分为A组和B组,各55例,A组围手术期予以常规护理,B组围手术期予以快速康复外科护理,比较两组护理效果。结果 A组首次排气时间、平均住院时间以及下床活动时间、进食时间均长于B组（P〈0.05）,其术后并发症发生率高于B组（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜结直肠癌患者围手术期应用快速康复外科护理可显著缩短住院时间,提高治疗效果,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing for patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer during perioperative period. Methods From July 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital, 110 cases of laparoscopic treatment of colorectal cancer patients as the observation target, according to the digital method divided into group A and group B, 55 cases in each. Group a peri operation period be routine nursing care, group B perioperative be fast track surgery nursing, nursing effect of the two groups. Results The first exhaust time, the average length of stay, and the time to get out of bed and feeding time were longer than those of B group（P〈0.05）, and the incidence of postoperative complications was higher than that of group B（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative period of laparoscopic colorectal cancer patients can significantly shorten the hospital stay, improve the treatment effect, and reduce the incidence of complications.
