48例张力性气胸临床急救与护理

Clinical First Aid and Nursing of 48 Cases of Tension Pneumothorax

目的分析在张力性气胸患者的救治中,临床急救与护理的具体方法及其应用价值。方法选取我院于2014年1月-2015年1月收治的48例张力性气胸患者为研究对象,所选患者均接受临床急救与护理,对患者接受临床急救与护理之后的存活率进行分析。结果在所收治的48例患者中,有2例患者死亡,其余46例患者接受急救与护理病情痊愈出院,患者的存活率达到95.8%。结论在张力性气胸患者的救治中,临床急救与护理十分必要,医护人员需要选择科学方法,以此确保患者的生命安全。

Objective To analyze the clinical emergency treatment and nursing in the treatment of patients with tension pneumothorax and its application value. Methods In our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015, 48 cases of tension pneumothorax patients as the research object, the selected patients underwent clinical first aid and nursing. For the patients received clinical emergency treatment and nursing after the survival rate were analyzed. Results In the 48 patients treated, 2 patients died, and the remaining 46 patients received first aid and nursing care of the patients were discharged from the hospital, the survival rate of 95.8%. Conclusion In the treatment of tension pneumothorax patients, clinical first aid and nursing is very necessary, medical personnel need to choose the scientific method, in order to ensure the safety of the patient＇s life.
