循证护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术的应用效果观察

The Application Effect of Evidence-based Nursing in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的观察循证护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月-2016年4月我院收治的68例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者作为研究对象,按照不同护理方法分为甲组（n=34,应用常规护理）和乙组（n=34,应用循证护理）,比较2组患者护理满意度。结果甲组护理满意度64.7%明显低于乙组护理满意度97.1%,组间存在的显著性差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者应用循证护理,可显著提高治疗效果和满意度。

Objective To observe the application of evidence-based nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Choose January 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital 68 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients as the research object, according to different nursing methods are divided into students＇（n=34, the application of conventional nursing） and group b（n=34, the application of evidence-based nursing）, compare two groups patients nursing satisfaction. Results Students＇ nursing satisfaction 64.7%, significantly lower than group b nursing satisfaction 97.1%, exist significant differences between groups with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy, can significantly improve the treatment effect and satisfaction.
