摘要
目的探究个体化护理干预在肿瘤PICC置管患者中应用。方法选取我院收治的72例肿瘤化疗患者,随机分组,各36例。常规组予以常规护理;研究组于此基础上应用个体化护理。观察记录两组患者并发症发生情况。结果研究组穿刺点出血2.8%、静脉血栓2.8%、导管相关血流感染0.0%及非计划性拔管率2.8%均低于常规组22.2%、22.2%、16.7%、22.2%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肿瘤患者化疗期间行PICC置管时予以个体化护理可有效预防并发症发生,在临床治疗中具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the application of individualized nursing intervention on PICC Catheter for patients with cancer. Methods 72 cases of cancer chemotherapy patients in our hospital were selected,random grouping, each of 36 cases.Routine nursing care was given to the routine group, on the basis of routine nursing, the research group used individual nursing.Observe and record the incidence of complications in two groups of patients. Results Research group of puncture point hemorrhage infected 2.8%, intravenous thrombus 2.8%, catheter related bloodstream 0.0% and unplanned pull tube rate of 2.8% were lower than those of the conventional group 22.2%, 22.2%, 16.7%, 22.2%, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Individual nursing care can effectively prevent the occurrence of complications during chemotherapy for cancer patients with PICC Catheter, which is of great significance in clinical treatment.
