个性化护理对烧伤导致患者精神障碍的临床应用探微

Personalized Nursing Mental Disorders in Patients with Burn in the Clinical Application of Agent

目的探究对烧伤所导致的精神障碍患者予以个性化护理举措的临床效果。方法择取我院于2012年5月-2014年8月收治的烧伤患者140例,将其以随机抽样的方法进行分组研究,即分为实验组与对照组,各70例。对照组患者予以常规性护理举措,实验组患者在予以常规性护理举措上接受个性化护理干预,对比两组患者接受护理后的护理效果。结果实验组患者接受护理干预后SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组。P〈0.05,两组差异有意义统计学。结论个性化护理干预能够有效改善由于烧伤所导致精神障碍患者的护理效果,进一步消除患者的不良情绪以及心理障碍,可广泛应用于由烧伤引起精神障碍患者的护理过程中。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of individualized nursing care on the patients with mental disorders caused by burn. Methods Selected in our hospital from May 2012 to August 2014 burns in 140 patients with the random sampling method of study groups, into the experimental group and the control group, 70 cases in each. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures, the experimental group patients were given routine nursing measures to receive personalized nursing intervention, compared with the two groups of patients after thenursing effect. Results The experimental group patients received nursing intervention SAS score, SDS score lower than the control group, P〈0.05, two groups of differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention can effectively improve due to burn in the nursing effect of patients with mental disorders, further eliminate patients negative emotions and psychological barriers can be widely used in caused by burns the nursing process of patients with mental disorders in.
