评价责任制整体护理在心血管内科中的应用价值

The Application Value of Responsibility System Holistic Nursing in Cardiovascular Medicine

目的评价责任制整体护理在心血管内科中的应用价值。方法给予对照组患者常规护理方式,给予观察组患者责任制整体护理方式。结果两组患者进行护理干预后,观察组护理管理质量、急救药品的管理质量、基础护理质量、自我能力评价评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论责任制整体护理在心血管内科中具有较高应用价值,对患者全面实现分级管理,有效降低护理过程中不良事件发生率,提高患者对护理满意度。

Objective To evaluate the application value of bedside duty nursing in cardiovascular department of internal medicine. Methods patients in control group were given routine nursing care, and patients in observation group were treated by bedside responsibility system. ResultsTwo groups of patients with nursing intervention, observation group nursing management quality, emergency medicine management quality, basic nursing quality, self ability evaluation score higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion bedside responsibility system nursing in the Department of Cardiology has higher application value, can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in the nursing process, improve patients satisfaction to the nursing service can be widely used in clinical practice and promotion.
