摘要
介绍了智能电能表谐波影响测试系统的设计方案,研究了电能谐波产生的原理和方法,利用电子开关切换常规电流源输出的正弦波,获得了试验需要的直流偶次谐波、次谐波、奇次谐波。通过试验证明,产生的各部分谐波含量符合GB/T17215.321-2008《12级静止式有功电能表》对电流直流偶次谐波、次谐波、奇次谐波的波形要求,创造了在谐波条件下试验电能表的模拟环境。
This paper proposes a design scheme of harmonic influence test system,analyzes the principle and methods of electri cal energy harmonic generated by test system, using two--way electronic switch transformed the sine wave that outputed by the conventional current source and abtained the DC even harmonic, subharmonic, odd harmonic that the test requires by stud ying the design ideas of electronic switch, the amount of each part of the harmonic content of generation meet with the wave- form requirements of the National Standard GB / T17215.g21--2008 (Static meter for active energy (Classes 12) ) for the cur rent DC even harmonic, harmonic, odd harmonic, creates the simulation environment for testing the electricity meter in the conditions of the harmonic.
