Analysis on Long Transfer Time of Remote Signal in Power Dispatching Automation System

针对遥信变位时间差明显大于3s的典型问题,通过对河北省南部电网近4年故障的分析,提出遥信变位传送时间差过大问题的发现及处理流程,并用实例说明给出各类问题的处理方法及效果。

Aiming at the typical problem that the transfer time of remote signal longer than 3 seconds, this paper proposes the treatment process for these problems through analyzing fault in recent four years in southern Hebei power network , and gives the solution with example also.
