摘要
为加强科技档案的管理,以省级农业科学院直属机构科技档案管理工作为研究对象,以黑龙江省农业科学院草业研究所科技档案工作为例,对科技档案建设与管理工作进行总结,分析直属机构科技档案管理特点。根据黑龙江省农业科学院"十三五"规划部署,拟定科技档案管理新模式。以期使科技档案管理更好的服务于科研管理,服务科技创新。
In order to strengthen the management of science and technology archives, taking scientific and technological archives work of institute of Pratacultural Sciences, Heilongjiang Academy of agricultural Sciences as example, the archive building and management experience were summarized. The characteristics of the archives work were analyzed. Acording to thirteenth five-year plan of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences,A new method of archives management was developped. Archives administration were made to provide good service for technology innovation.
