摘要
目前,我国大部分交通信号最佳周期是按照良好的路况条件计算得出的,不能满足冰雪条件交通需求,因此,当冰雪条件出现时,需要对信号灯最佳周期进行调整。在分析冰雪路面交通特性的基础上,对交通信号绿灯时间、损失时间和最佳周期的计算方法以及参数取值进行分析,结果表明:通过调整信号控制最佳周期不但可以提高信号交叉口通行能力,还能降低交通事故。
At present,most of the traffic signal optimal cycles are calculated based on good road conditions, but they can't meet the traffic demand in snow and ice conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the light optimal cycle in snow and ice conditions. Based on the analysis of traffic characteristics in the ice and snow conditions, the traffic signal of green time, loss of time and the best cycle calculation method and parameter selection are studied. The results show that adjusting the best cycle signal control can improve the signal intersection traffic capacity and reduce traffic accidents.
