摘要 在互联网+的大时代背景下,随着微信的普及,微商正作为一个新兴的商业热点不断兴起。但微商在迅猛发展的同时也正经历着一场"传销危机"。研究分析、探讨微商诞生背景及发展现状、微商与传销的内涵、微商营销模式隐藏传销危机的原因及其法律困境,从监管、自律和法律规制三个方面对微商良性经营提出建议。 Under the background of the great age of the Internet +, with the rise of WeChat as a new commercial hot spot, the WeChat business develops rapidly while it is experiencing a "crisis of pyramid selling". Through research analysis, this paper discusses the birth background and current situations of the development of WeChat business, the connotation of WeChat business and the pyramid selling, the WeChat business marketing model hidding crisis of pyramid selling and its legal quagmire. Finally from three aspects including regulation, self-discipline and legal regulations, the paper puts forward the suggestions on the benign operations of WeChat business.
