摘要 基于0.35μm 1P3M 5V CMOS工艺设计实现了一款IC卡接口芯片。设计了charge pump升压电路和IO TRANSCEIVER接口电路等,设计了ESD保护方案,给出了芯片版图。流片验证的测试结果显示,芯片的功能和性能指标达到设计要求。 Based on 0.35 μ m 1P3M 5V CMOS process, an IC Card Interface IC has been designed. The charge pump circuit and IO TRANSCEIVER circuit is designed. Also the ESD protect solution is proposed. The chip layout is given. With silicon verification, the test results show that the function and performance of the chip achieve the design requirements.
