后进路腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术在复发疝中的应用37例分析

Analysis of Last in the Road Before the Peritoneal Inguinal Hernia Repair in the Application of Recurrent Hernia in 37 Cases

目的 对后进路腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术在复发疝中治疗中的应用价值进行分析探讨。方法 将我院2014年1月-2016年1月收治的74例复发疝患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组37例患者采用疝环充填式无张力修补术,观察组采用后进路腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的手术时间、下床时间及住院时间短于对照组,手术费用少于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 对复发疝患者采用后进路腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术治疗能够有效缩短手术时间,改善患者预后。

Objective To junior road before peritoneal inguinal hernia repair in the treatment of recurrent hernia for application value are analyzed. Methods From January 2014 to January 2016,74 cases of recurrent hernia patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group of 37 patients with hernia ring filling type without tension repair,observation group inguinal hernia repair before last in peritoneal road,compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results The observation group of patients with operation time,bed time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the control group,the operation cost was significantly less than the control group,the complication rate was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with recurrent hernia before last in peritoneal road inguinal hernia repair treatment can effectively shorten the operation time,improve the prognosis of patients.
