急性下壁心肌梗死的心电诊断分析

Analysis of Electrocardiogram in Diagnosis of Patients With Acute Inferior Myocardial Infarction

目的 探讨心电图在急性下壁心肌梗死诊断中的效果及价值。方法 根据病变部位将我院于2015年1月-2016年1月收治的60例急性下壁心肌梗死患者分为两组,左回旋支出现病变情况的观察组（20例）和右冠状动脉出现病变情况的对照组（40例）,分析两组患者的心电图特点。结果 对照组在Ⅰ导联ST段压低或者水平、aVL导联ST段同时压低、ST段抬高水平Ⅲ大于Ⅱ导联方面敏感性和特异性更加明显,观察组在Ⅰ导联ST段抬高、ST段抬高水平Ⅲ小于Ⅱ导联方面敏感性和特异性更加明显。结论 对急性下壁心肌梗死患者进行心电图诊断,效果良好,准确率高。

Objective To make an investigation on effect and value of ECG（electrocardiogram）in diagnosis of patients with acute inferior myocardial infarction（AIMI）. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016,chose 60 patients with acute inferior myocardial infarction（AIMI）who were treated in hospital and separated them into two groups. 20 patients with left circumflex artery lesion were separated into study group and 40 patients with right coronary artery lesion were separated into control group,and then make an analysis on patients＇ ECG characteristics between two groups. Results Patients＇ ECG image in control group showed that it was depressed in ST-segment of I-lead and ST-segment of Avl-lead,and sensitivity and specificity of segment III elevation were more than those of segment II. Patients＇ ECG image in study group showed that it was elevated in ST-segment and sensitivity and specificity of segment III elevation were less than those of segment II. Conclusion ECG（electrocardiogram）is quite effective and accurate in diagnosis of patients with acute inferior myocardial infarction（AIMI）.
