摘要
目的 分析输尿管镜手术导致患者输尿管损伤的临床护理方式。方法 对2010-2012年我院收治的345例输尿管镜手术患者进行研究,分析患者出现输尿管损伤的原因,制定治疗措施。结果 全部患者中共有2例开放性手术和10例双J管留置术,有12例发生了输尿管损伤,其中3例输尿管穿孔、3例输尿管口撕裂、2例假道形成、4例输尿管黏膜轴状剥离。结论 规范手术操作,强化医护人员的技术水平,可从根源上减少输尿管手术导致患者受到损伤的几率。
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing methods of ureteral injury caused by the operation of the ureter. Methods From 2010 to 2012, 345 cases of patients with ureteral surgery in our hospital were studied, analyed the causes of ureteral injury,the development of treatment measures. Results All patients with a total of 2 cases of open surgery and 10 cases of double J tube indwelling surgery,12 cases of ureteral injury,including 3 cases of ureteral perforation,3 cases of ureteral orifice tear,2 cases of false passage formed,4 cases of ureteral mucosa shaft shaped peeling. Conclusion The standard operation procedure and the technical level of doctors and nurses can reduce the risk of injury caused by ureteral operation.
