摘要
目的 探讨多发性骨折关节损伤患者手术治疗的临床效果。方法 将我院自2015年3月-2016年3月接收经手术治疗后的58例多发性骨折关节损伤患者临床资料与术前做对比分析。结果 多发性骨折关节损伤患者在接受手术治疗后,死亡率为0%,术后患者逐一进行观察访问,对治疗效果表示满意的患者有39例;关节功能退化患者有8例;骨髓炎患者11例,骨折部位固定物无松动断裂情况发生,骨骼愈合情况良好。讨论多发性骨折关节损伤患者手术治疗可降低患者的致死率、致残率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment for patients with multiple fractures of joint injury. Methods The clinical data of 58 patients with multiple fracture and joint injury after surgery in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were compared and analyzed. Results Multiple fracture joint injury patients after surgery and the mortality was 0%,postoperative patients one by one visit and observation,the curative effect that 39 cases of patients satisfaction,joint function degradation were 8 cases,11 patients with osteomyelitis,fracture fixation without loosening happens,bone healing in good condition. Conclusion Surgical treatment of multiple fractures in patients with joint injury can greatly reduce the patient＇s mortality rate,disability rate.
