5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗儿童传染性软疣的临床研究

Clinical Study on Imiquimod 5% Cream in Treatment of Pediatric Contagious Molluscum

目的观察5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗儿童传染性软疣的临床效果及安全性。方法抽取来我院治疗传染性软疣的92例患者,随机分组,各46例,对照组采取传统物理刮除法治疗,观察组给予5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗,两组均治疗2个月。对比两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为89.1%(41/46),对照组总有效率为69.6%(32/46),两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为19.6%(9/46),观察组不良反应发生率为15.2%(7/46),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗儿童传染性软疣可提高临床疗效,且具有一定安全性。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of imiquimod 5% cream in treatment of pediatric contagious molluscum. Methods 92 cases from our hospital for treatment of molluscum contagiosum patients were randomly divided into two groups,46 cases in each. The control group took the traditional physical curettage treatment,the observation group received the treatment of imiquimod 5% cream.Two groups were treated for 2 months. The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 89.1%（41/46）,the total effective rate of control group was 69.6%（32/46）,the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction rate of control group was 19.6%（9/46）,the incidence of adverse reaction was 15.2%（7/46）,the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Application of imiquimod 5% cream in the treatment of pediatric contagious molluscum can significantly improve clinical efficacy and safety.
