紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂治疗老年中晚期肺鳞癌的临床疗效及毒副作用研究

Clinical Efficacy and Toxicity of Paclitaxel Liposome Combined With Cisplatin in the Treatment of Elderly Patients With Medium and Advanced Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma

目的研究紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂治疗老年中晚期肺鳞癌的临床疗效及毒副作用。方法选取我院收治的63例老年中晚期肺鳞癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=32)和对照组(n=31),观察组给予紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂治疗,对照组给予吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗,比较两组缓解率和毒副反应情况。结果观察组缓解率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组毒副反应均在可耐受范围内。结论紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂治疗老年中晚期肺鳞癌效果良好。

Objective To study the efficacy and toxicity of paclitaxel liposome combined with cisplatin in the treatment of elderly patients with medium and advanced lung squamous cell carcinoma. Methods 63 cases of elderly patients with medium and advanced lung squamous cell carcinoma in our hospital were selected,according to the random number table method was divided into observation group（n=32）and control group（n=31）. The observation group was treated with paclitaxel liposome combined with cisplatin,and the control group was treated with gemcitabine plus cisplatin,comparison of these two groups of remission rate and toxicity of the situation. Results The remission rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The toxicity and side effects of the two groups were all in the tolerance range. Conclusion Paclitaxel liposome combined with cisplatin in the treatment of elderly patients with medium and advanced lung squamous cell carcinoma has a good effect.
