摘要
目的探讨糖皮质激素应用于肿瘤内科临床治疗的安全性。方法选择我院70例肿瘤患者来进行研究,为患者使用糖皮质激素治疗,根据激素剂量的不同来分组,A、B、C三组剂量逐渐增加,A组18例,B组22例,C组30例,对三组的临床不良反应进行比较。结果三组患者的恶心呕吐、过敏反应和脊髓压迫的发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),局部水肿、颅内高压的发生率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中、低剂量糖皮质激素能够提高肿瘤患者的临床疗效,且不良反应较少,长期大剂量使用有可能出现用药安全性等问题,应斟酌使用。
Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of glucocorticoids in the clinical treatment of cancer patients. Methods 70 cases of tumor patients were treated with glucocorticoid treatment,according to different hormone dosage groups,the dose for group A,B,C increased gradually,18 cases in group A,22 cases in group B,and 30 cases in group C,compared clinical adverse reaction among three groups. Results The occurred rate of nausea,vomiting,irritability,and spinal cord compression in three groups had no statistical differences（P〉0.05）,the occurrence rate of local edema and intracranial hypertension had statistically differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Medium and low dose glucocorticoids can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with cancer,and adverse reactions are less,long-term use of large doses may have drug safety and other issues,should be considered to use.
