Effects of Duloxetine on Serum Cytokine Levels in Patients With Depression

目的 探讨度洛西汀对抑郁症患者血清细胞因子水平的影响。方法 选取2015年1月-2016年1月我院收治的86例抑郁症患者。所有患者均应用度洛西汀治疗,观察治疗前后患者血清细胞因子水平变化。结果 本组患者应用度洛西汀治疗后,血清中IL-1β、IL-4、IL-10及IL-18水平均有效改善。结论 度洛西汀能够调节机体免疫能力,纠正机体炎性与抗炎性细胞因子间的失衡状态。

Objective To investigate the effect of the Duloxetine on the level of serum cytokines in patients with depression. Methods 86 patients with depression in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected. All patients were treated with Duloxetine,and the changes of serum cytokine levels were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the levels of IL-1β,IL-4,IL-10 and IL-18 in serum were significantly improved after treatment. Conclusion Duloxetine can regulate the immune function and correct the imbalance between inflammatory and anti inflammatory cytokines in the body.
