双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊与蒙脱石散联合应用预防小儿腹泻疾病临床效果评价

The Clinical Effect Peifeikang and Montmorillonite Powder in Prevention of Diarrhea in Children

目的探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊与蒙脱石散(培菲康与思密达)联合应用于小儿腹泻疾病预防中的效果。方法以我院收治的40例腹泻患儿为研究对象,随机将40例患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例;对照组单用思密达口服,观察组行培菲康与思密达交替口服。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论在小儿腹泻的预防和治疗中,培菲康与思密达交替治疗效果理想。

Objective To investigate the effect of peifeikang and montmorillonite in the prevention of infantile diarrhea disease. Methods In our hospital,40 cases of children with diarrhea as the research object,randomly 40 cases divided into observation group and control group,each with 20 cases. Control group with oral Smecta,observed group was treated with peifeikang and Smecta alternating oral. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00% higher than that of the control group 80.00%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the prevention and treatment of infantile diarrhea,Peifeikang and Smecta of treatment effect is ideal.
