摘要
目的 探微PICC置管两种不同封管液即生理盐水、肝素稀释液对患者静脉血栓预防的效果。方法 择取我院门诊部2016年1-4月收治的200例PICC维护患者。按照数字随机方法将患者分为生理盐水组与肝素稀释液组,每组患者100例,分别采用生理盐水和肝素稀释液进行脉冲式正压封管。对比两组患者静脉血栓形成情况。结果 生理盐水组患者的静脉血栓形成率高于肝素稀释液组,数据差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 肝素稀释液封管预防静脉血栓效果优于生理盐水。
Objective Exploration of PICC of two different sealing solution or saline,heparin dilution of patients with venous thrombosis prevention effect. Methods In our hospital outpatient department,from January to April 2016,200 cases of PICC were treated with maintenance. According to the digital random method,the patients were divided into normal saline group and heparin diluted solution group,100 cases in each group. The patients were treated with normal saline and heparin diluted solution. Compared with the two groups of patients with venous thrombosis. Results The formation rate of venous thrombosis in the saline group was higher than that in the heparin group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of heparin diluted liquid sealing is superior to that of normal saline in preventing venous thrombosis.
