中医针灸治疗经络疼痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in Treating Meridian Pain

目的 探讨经络疼痛患者接受中医针灸治疗的临床效果,为中医治疗该类疾病提供可靠的依据。方法 选择我院收治的200例经络疼痛患者来进行研究,对患者的发病特点和规律进行总结,结合中医针灸来进行治疗。根据患者的不同症状,在患者的相应疼痛经络循四肢末端井穴进行针灸30 min,患者均接受了3-5个疗程的治疗,观察患者的治疗效果。结果 全部患者接受了全部疗程的治疗后,共有196例获得了较好的效果,总有效率是98%,其中128例显效,68例有效,患者的疼痛感有较大程度的缓解,临床中没有出现其他并发症。结论 经络疼痛患者在临床中使用中医针灸治疗的效果较好,通过对患者的疼痛规律进行辨证分析,结合中医针灸疗法,效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for patients with pain,and provide a reliable basis for the treatment of the disease. Methods 200 cases of patients with pain in the channels and collaterals were studied,and the characteristics and laws of the patients were summarized,the treatment was combined with acupuncture and moxibustion. According to the different symptoms of the patients and in patients with corresponding pain meridian circulation extremities Jing acupoints acupuncture for half an hour,patients were treated with the 3 to 5 courses of treatment,summarized the effect of treatment. Results All patients were treated with the full course of treatment,a total of 196 cases got good effect,the total effective rate was 98%,128 cases were markedly effective,68 cases were effective,the pain of the patients had a greater degree of ease,there were no other comorbidities. Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment for meridian pain patients is good,through the syndrome differentiation analysis of law of pain in patients with,combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture therapy,the effect is significant.
