医院感染二级质控管理实践与探讨

我社区医院将院感质控纳入到医院的全面质量管理当中,同时根据医院的院感法律法规和医院的相关制度,准确地对相关操作流程进行把控,将各个科室的特点和实际情况有效的结合,每月按照相关计划进行专项的检查工作,并重点地进行业务和考核指导,对现存的问题以及相关原因进行分析,提出改革的意见和建议,对检查的改进情况进行跟访,并不断地进行院感质量的改进,以便于更好的解决医院的感染相关事项。将结果纳入到科室的考核当中,与奖金效益相挂钩。每月坚持进行院感质控绩效考核,能够有效地发挥业务指导和监督的双重职能所发挥的作用,促使我社区医院的院感控制工作更加的智能化和法制化,并不断地坚持科学化和规范化的管理道路,使我国的医院感染二级质控管理更加的符合实际。通过医院感染二级质控管理的实践能够得出,做好医院感染的二级质控管理,有效地确保医院感染率符合标准,能够更好的服务医院患者,对于提升医院的安全性具有较大的意义。

The quality control has been included in the total quality management of Jiangqiao Community Hospital. According to the relevant regulations,rules and laws,every procedure is supervised and inspected in the standard operation in hospital. Meanwhile,the effective combination with characteristics and actual situations of each department,special inspections are carried out in accordance with monthly plan with the focus on the offering instructions and guidance on professional work and evaluation and making an analysis of the existed problems as well as their root-causes. Suggestions and proposals are preferred to put forward and the following tracks and investigation of the improvement is welcome to promote the quality of hospital infection with the aim to resolve the problems related to hospital infection. Finally,all the results should be included in the department evaluation and bonus depends on them.The monthly evaluations of the department performance in hospital infection can effectively double-play the role of operational guidance and supervision for professional work to enhance the intelligence and legalization of Jiangqiao Community Hospital. And continuous adherence to scientific and standardized management is able to set the quality control management of hospital infection more and more realistic. According to the exploration and analysis in the thesis,the quality control management of hospital infection can assure the standard compliance of hospital infection so as to better serve patients,and enhance the hospital security.
