中医护理应用于肛肠科患者术后排便困难效果分析

Effect Analysis of TCM Nursing Applied to Postoperative Defecation Difficulties of Patients With Anorectal Diseases

目的 分析中医护理应用于肛肠科患者术后排便困难的效果。方法 选取2015年1月-2016年3月收治的100例肛肠疾病治疗患者的临床资料,根据护理方法不同分为对照组（50例）、观察组（50例）,对照组行常规护理,观察组行中医护理,观察比较两组术后恢复效果及生活质量。结果 护理后两组症状积分均较护理前下降,且观察组下降程度较对照组大（P〈0.05）;对照组SF-36各项指标评分均较观察组评分低（P〈0.05）。结论 采用中医护理可有效缓解肛肠病患者术后症状,提高其生活质量。

Objective To analyze the nursing of traditional Chinese medicine applied to difficult defecation of patients with Anorectal diseases. Methods 100 cases of anorectal disease patients with clinical data from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected. According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group（50 cases）,observation group（50 cases）,control group received routine nursing care,observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing care,observation were compared between the two groups after the recovery effect and quality of life. Results After nursing,two groups of symptom scores were lower than before nursing,and the observation group decreased significantly compared with the control group（P〈0.05）. Control group＇SF-36 index score was lower than the observation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing can effectively relieve patients with anorectal disease symptoms,improve the quality of life.
