摘要
目的探讨中毒洗胃患者临床急救方法及护理措施。方法选取我院急诊科收治的中毒患者24例,对其及时采取洗胃及综合临床护理干预,并观察疗效。结果患者均痊愈且顺利出院,平均住院时间为(8.3±4.5)d。结论对中毒患者采取及时急救治疗及综合护理干预,可提升患者成活率。
Objective To investigate the poisoning gastric lavage in patients with clinical emergency measures and nursing measures. Methods 24 cases ofpoisoning were admitted to our hospital emergency department,to take gastric lavage and comprehensive clinical nursing intervention,and the effects were observed. Results The patients were cured and discharged from the hospital,the average hospital stay was（8.3±4.5）d. Conclusion Poisoning patients to take timely emergency treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the survival rate of patients.
