摘要
目的 分析探讨品管圈护理管理对普外科手术质量及护理满意度的影响效果。方法 将我院收治的60例普外科手术患者作为研究对象（患者的收治时间在2014年3月-2015年3月）,随机分成实验组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理管理,实验组实施品管圈护理管理。结果 实验组的手术质量总分为（88.03±10.56）分,高于对照组（P〈0.05）;实验组的护理满意度评分高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 品管圈护理管理对普外科手术质量及护理满意度具有积极影响。
Objective To analyze the effect of quality control circle nursing management on the quality of operation and the satisfaction of nursing in Department of general surgery. Methods In our hospital,60 cases of general surgery patients as the research object（from March 2014 to March 2015）,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in control group received routine nursing management,the experimental group implementation of quality control circle of nursing management. Results The total score of operation quality in the experimental group（88.03±10.56）was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The experimental group of nursing satisfaction scorewas higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing management of quality control circle has positive influence on the quality of operation and the satisfaction of nursing in Department of general surgery.
