摘要
目的 研究分析急性阑尾炎患者的临床手术护理方式。方法 根据2012年6月-2014年10月我院的86例急性阑尾炎患者进行研究分析,将患者平均分组为常规护理组和综合护理组,均有43例,常规护理组患者接受常规护理,综合护理组接受全面综合护理,对两组患者的住院时间、并发症、满意度进行比较。结果 综合护理组患者的并发症、住院时间、满意度均要比常规护理组优秀（P〈0.05）。结论 为急性阑尾炎手术患者提供全面有效的护理,降低并发症、提高护理满意度,有利于患者康复。
Objective To study the clinical nursing methods of patients with acute appendicitis. Methods According to 86 cases of acute appendicitis in our hospital from June 2012 to October 2014 to carry on the research analysis.Patients were divided into routine nursing group and comprehensive nursing group,43 cases in each. Routine nursing group patients who received routine nursing care,comprehensive nursing group received comprehensive nursing,compared two groups of hospitalization time,complications,satisfaction. Results The complications,length of stay and satisfaction of the patients in the comprehensive nursing group were better than those of the routine nursing group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Providing comprehensive and effective nursing care for patients with acute appendicitis,reduce the complications,improve the nursing satisfaction,is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
