临床护理路径在重型颅脑损伤急救阶段的应用效果

The Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Path in the Emergency Phase in Severe Craniocerebral Injury

目的 探讨临床护理路径在重型颅脑损伤急救阶段的应用效果。方法 选择我院2015年1月-2016年4月收治的重型颅脑损伤患者40例作为对照组,采用常规急救护理;另选择我院2015年1月-2016年4月收治的重型颅脑损伤患者40例作为实验组,采用临床护理路径。结果 实验组患者的急救费用、急救时间均低于对照组患者（P〈0.05）。结论 在重型颅脑损伤患者的急救阶段,应用临床护理路径能有效提升急救效率。

Objective To study the clinical nursing pathway in the emergency phase of the application effect of severe head injury. Methods In our hospital from January 2015 to April 2016,40 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were selected as control group,using conventional first aid. Another,chose our hospital from January 2015 to April 2016,40 patients with severe head injury as experimental group,using the clinical nursing path. Results The patients in experimental group of the cost of first aid,emergency time were significantly lower than the control group patients（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the first aid of patients with severe head injury stage,the application of clinical nursing path can improve efficiency.
