舒适护理对减轻剖宫产术后疼痛的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comfortable Nursing on Relieving Pain After Cesarean Section

目的分析舒适护理对减轻剖宫产术后疼痛的效果。方法选择我院剖宫产的患者160例为观察对象,按照不同的护理方法分为观察组和对照组,各80例,观察每组产妇术后的恢复情况和不同时间节点上的视觉模拟评分(VAS)结果。结果护理组产妇VAS评分(3.10±0.44)分,对照组评分为(5.20±0.31),护理组评分低于对照组,观察组产妇的恢复情况和术后疼痛减轻情况优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理对剖宫产产妇的术后恢复和疼痛缓解具有良好的改善作用。

Objective To analyze the effect of comfortable nursing on the pain after cesarean section. Methods Selected our hospital cesarean section patients with 160 cases as the observation object,according to the different methods of care divided into observation group and control group with 80 cases in each,maternal postoperative recovery and different time nodes on the visual analogue score（VAS）results was observed. Results The VAS scores of women in nursing group was（3.10±0.44）,for the control group,the score was（5.20±0.31）,nursing group scores were lower than the control group,and maternal recovery and postoperative pain were significantly better than that of the control group,both had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing care has a significant effect on postoperative recovery and pain relief after cesarean section.
