心理护理干预对维持性血液透析患者心理健康状况的影响

Influence of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Mental Health Status of Patients With Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的 观察并分析心理护理干预对维持性血液透析患者心理健康状况的影响。方法 随机选取2014年5月-2016年3月于本院进行维持性血液透析治疗的60例患者为研究对象,随机分为2组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组则加以实施心理护理干预,各30例。结果观察组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组（P〈0.05）,对比护理满意率,观察组高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 对维持性血液透析患者实施心理护理干预有利于提高患者的心理健康水平,减轻患者心理负担,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To observe and analyze the influence of psychological nursing intervention on the mental health status of maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods Randomly selected from May 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital for maintenance hemodialysis treatment of 60 patients as the study object,and were randomly assigned to two groups,the routine nursing care was taken in control group,the observation group was in the implementation of psychological nursing intervention,30 cases in each group. Results The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the nursing satisfaction rate was lower compared with that of the observation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of psychological nursing intervention on maintenance hemodialysis patients is beneficial to improve the psychological health level,reduce the psychological burden of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing work.
