摘要
目的 探讨妊娠糖尿病患者进行孕期营养指导对其母婴结局的影响。方法 随机选取我院2012年1月-2014年12月收治的200例妊娠期糖尿病患者,均分为干预组和常规组,常规组给予常规护理模式护理,干预组在常规模式基础上进行专业营养指导,对比观察两组患者母婴的结局差异。结果 干预组患者母体的孕期的感染、羊水过多、妊娠期高血压、糖尿病急性并发症方面以及围生儿在围生期死亡率、新生儿窒息、巨大儿、转入重症监护室治疗方面全部指标优于常规护理组,差异存在统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 妊娠糖尿病患者进行孕期营养指导能够减少母婴并发症的发生率,有效改善母婴结局。
Objective To investigate the effect of nutrition guidance on maternal and infant outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods Randomly selected 200 cases of gestational diabetes in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014. They were divided into intervention group and conventional group. Routine nursing care model was given in the conventional group,and intervention group based on routine mode for professional nutrition guidance. Compared the two groups of patients with maternal and neonatal outcomes. Results The intervention group patients with maternal pregnancy infection,amniotic fluid,gestational hypertension,acute complications of diabetes aspects and confining neonates in perinatal mortality,neonatal asphyxia,fetal macrosomia,transferred to the intensive care unit for treatment were significantly better than the nursing intervention group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Pregnant women with gestational diabetes nutrition guidance can significantly reduce the incidence of maternal and neonatal complications,and effectively improve maternal and neonatal outcomes.
