杰青的大龄化趋势及其弊端——1994—2013年杰青基金获得者当选年龄的统计与分析

Older Trend of Distinguished Youth Science and Its Disadvantages——Statistics and Analysis on the Age of Gainer of Distinguished Youth Science Fund from 1994 to 2013

通过对1994—2013年杰青基金获得者当选年龄的分布状况进行研究,发现杰青的当选年龄呈现出不合理的增大趋势,文章揭示出杰青大龄化带来的三个弊端:杰青群体重要科研产出率下降;杰青基金的目标定位出现背离;形成对中低龄优秀青年科技人才的年龄屏障,进而提出了改进方案,以保证杰青基金发现、稳定、培养优秀青年科技人才的功能的长效性。

Through the research of the 20 years＇ （ 1994--2013 ） elected age distribution of the gainer of distinguished science youth fund, it finds that the distinguished youth＇s elected age showed unreasonable increasing trend. The trend has three drawbacks ： declining of distinguished youth groups＇ important research output rate, deviating from the target of the distinguished youth science fund, and forming the age barrier to the younger distinguished youth. It puts forward an improved scheme for promoting the distinguished youth science fund in discovering, stabilizing, cultivating outstanding young scientific and technological talents.
