摘要
国外教材评价以先进的评价理念、坚实的理论基础、科学的评价指标为基本特征,表现出评价主体涵盖范围逐步扩大、评价内容由注重文本分析到开始关注使用过程、评价方法由重视理论思辨到注重实证研究、评价工具越来越重视指标体系的构建和应用等发展趋势。应该从以下方面改进我国教材评价工作:理念先行,以先进的理念指导教材评价实践;理论支撑,夯实教材评价的基本理论和方法论基础;具体可操作,构建科学有效的教材评价指标体系。
Evaluation of foreign teaching materials, which is based on advanced concepts, solid theories and scientific indicators, shows that the evaluation subject covers a gradually expanded range, the evaluation content is focused on the using process, the evaluation methodology pays more attention to empirical evidence, and the evaluation method gets more emphasis on the construct and use of evaluation indicators. We should improve our country's evaluation work of teaching materials from the following aspects: to use advanced ideas to guide evaluation practice; to provide theoretical support for strengthening the theoretical basis of the textbook evaluation; and to build a scientific and effective evaluation index system of teaehin^r rn^t~ri^l~ o, ~1~ :^-_1 1___ ,
