摘要 美国自20世纪末以来,面对本国学生学业成就不尽如人意的现实加强了联邦对于教育的控制权,通过加强标准化测试就是其中最为重要的举措之一。因此,标准化测试的实施情况成为教育权利转移的一个重要标志。以此为视角,能够让我们更好地看清这场教育权利转移的过程,有助于对我国的教育改革进行反思。 Facing the students unsatisfied achievements, the U. S federal government has strengthened its control of education since the end of last century, and reinforcing the standardized test is among the most significant measures. Hence, the implementation of standardized test has turned to be one obvious signal of the shift of education right. From this perspective, the process of the shift of education right can be better understood, and give us enlightenment as well.
