多成分锚泊技术在塔贝拉水电站吊装平台定位的应用

摘要 巴基斯坦塔贝拉四期扩建工程中需要在水库水面上吊装叠梁门封堵4号引水洞。受库区水面风浪影响,吊装平台的高精度定位是保证叠梁门吊装顺利实施的前提。在吊装平台风荷载计算分析的基础上,利用基于海军锚和多成分锚泊线的四点锚泊定位系统,满足了叠梁门吊装稳定的要求,瞬时定位精度可达厘米级。实践证明,该方法易于实现、稳定性高,是施工作业平台在宽阔水库水面上进行动态定位的有效方法。 The stoplog gate is needed to be lifted on the surface of reservoir to seal No. 4 diversion tunnel of Tarbela fourth extension hydropower project in Pakistan. Under the influence of wind and waves in deep reservoir, the high precision positioning of pontoon platform is the precondition to ensure that the stoplog gate lifting process is carried out smoothly. Based on the calculation and analysis of wind load acting on lifting platform, the four-point mooring positioning system included navy anchors and muhi-component mooring lines are adopted. It meets the stability requirement of stoplog gate lifting and the instantaneous positioning precision can achieve centimeter-level. The practice proves that the method is ease to implement and has high stability. The method is effective on the construction of platform for dynamic positioning on the surface of wide reservoir.
