计及时序递进的风电场多级无功电压协调控制策略 被引量:1

摘要 由于现行风电场汇集线路较长,缺少电源支撑、短路容量小,以及风电随机波动性的影响,风电场无功电压不协调问题进一步加深。针对这一问题,提出了考虑时序递进的风电场多级主从无功电压协调控制策略,并将该协调控制策略应用到新疆某地区风电场。通过无功电压协调控制方案现场试验可以发现,多级无功电压协调控制策略不参与动作时,并网点以及汇集母线处的电压较参与动作时的电压值明显偏大。 As longer collecting lines, insufficient power supply support, lower short circuit capacity, as well as the impact of wind power random fluctuation, the reactive power uncoordinated problem of wind farm is further serious. In view of this problem, a multi-stage master/auxiliary reactive voltage coordination control strategy by considering real-time scheduling rolling is proposed, and then the coordinative control strategy is applied to a wind farm in Xinjiang. The field tests find that the voltages from the points of common coupling (PCC) and collecting buses are obviously larger than that of the voltage when reactive voltage coordination control strategy does not participate in the action.
