摘要
为了改善本色棉纱的润湿性,用渗透剂JFC、渗透剂LAS、快速渗透剂T和拉开粉4种渗透剂进行复配,研究不同复配体系对本色棉纱润湿性的影响,并以动态接触角、芯吸高度、芯吸速率和棉蜡去除率等作为评价指标,通过单因素试验确定渗透剂复配体系的优化预湿工艺参数:复配渗透剂JFC∶LAS=6∶4,质量浓度4 g/L,温度80℃,时间4 s。在该条件下进行预湿处理后,本色棉纱的润湿性显著提高。
In order to improve the wettability of raw cotton yarns, four penetrating agents of JFC, LAS, quick penetrating agent T and nekal are compounded and applied to raw cotton yarns. The effects of different compounded system on wettability of raw cotton yarns are studied. The optimal pre-wetting process is determined based on contact angle, wicking height, wicking rate, removal rate of wax by single factor experiment, The optimum compound system is as follows: the mass ratio of JFC: LAS=6: 4, compound system of JFC and LAS 4 g/L, temperature 80 ℃, time 4 s. The wettability of cotton yarns has been greatly improved.
