摘要
对棉织物进行湿布丝光工艺,探讨了湿布丝光过程中氢氧化钠用量、轧余率、丝光温度和时间,以及渗透剂用量等工艺因素对棉织物光泽和K/S值的影响,并在工厂对湿布丝光工艺进行大样生产,测试了大样生产棉织物的各项性能。结果表明:棉织物湿布丝光工艺在保证织物轧余率均匀的前提条件下是可行的,丝光过程中需要加大供应槽的氢氧化钠用量,但可大幅降低能源消耗。
Wet mercerizing process of cotton fabric is carried out. The effects of sodium hydrate concentration, pick-up, mercerizing temperature and time and penetrating agent concentration on luster and K/S value of cotton fabric are discussed. The optimized mercerizing process is put into bulk production, and the performance of the products is tested. The results show that the wet mercerizing of cotton fabric is feasible when the pick-up uniformity is guaranteed. The supply of sodium hydrate should be increased in wet mercerizing, and the process features obvious energy saving.
