聚砜超细纤维膜的制备及其对染料的过滤性能 被引量:1

摘要 以聚砜(PSF)为原料,采用静电纺丝技术制备了PSF超细纤维膜。研究了热处理对PSF纤维膜的孔隙结构、润湿性和拉伸力学性能的影响;以及热处理后PSF纤维膜对分散蓝2BLN悬浮液和弱酸性蓝N-RL水溶液的过滤性能。结果表明,经190℃干热张力条件下处理2 h后,纤维膜的孔隙率为82.4%,平均孔径为4.5μm,拉伸力学性能显著提高,润湿性差。在0.1 MPa死端恒压过滤条件下,连续过滤1 h后,PSF纤维膜对分散蓝2BLN的截留率为94.7%;对弱酸性蓝N-RL的截留率仅为29.2%,但具有较高的过滤通量。 Polysulfone (PSF) superfine fibrous membrane is prepared by electrospinning process. The porous structure, wettability and tensile mechanical property of PSF fibrous membrane before and after heat treatment are studied, as well as the filtration properties of PSF fibrous membranes after heat treatment for Disperse Blue 2BLN and Weak Acid Blue N-RL. The result shows that the PSF fibrous membrane after treated by dry air with tension at 190℃ for 2 h features porosity of 82.4%, average pore diameter of 4.5μm, poor wettability, and significantly improved tensile mechanical property. It also shows that the rejection rate is 94.7% to Disperse Blue 2BLN and only 29.2% to Weak Acid Blue N-RL respectively with dead-end filtration method under constant pressure 0.1 MPa for 1h, but both with high filtration flux.
