微信公众平台支持英语阅读教学的实验研究

An Experimental Study on English Reading Teaching Supported by WeChat Public Platform

微信公众平台具有良好的信息推送功能,能够为用户提供及时、便捷的信息更新服务。本研究在英语专业阅读教学中选择微信公众平台作为向学生推送阅读材料的工具,为学生提供利用智能手机开展阅读的学习环境,探讨微信公众平台对英语阅读教学的影响。研究结果表明,微信公众平台能够有效应用于英语专业阅读教学,提升学生的阅读能力。在英语阅读教学中,所推送的阅读材料应该根据学生的需求进行设计,在推送过程中还需要为学生提供阅读技巧和方法的指导。

WeChat public platform with good function of information push can provide users with convenient information and updated services. In order to investigate the effects of WeChat public platform on English reading teaching,this study has selected We Chat public platform as the tool to push reading materials for English majors and established a learning environment in which students can use their smart phones to read. The study results have indicated that WeChat public platform can be effectively applied to reading teaching for students majoring in English to improve their reading abilities. Meanwhile,it is recommended that the reading materials should be designed in accordance with students＇ needs,and students should be guided with reading techniques and methods during the pushing.
