摘要 在利用同轴送粉式激光沉积制造方法成形大型零件时,扫描方式分为连续扫描和分区扫描,而连续扫描会导致成形面上的温度梯度分布不均匀,产生的热应力将引起成形体的挠曲变形,甚至开裂,最终难以保证制件成形区的平整度。采用分区扫描方式是在矩形分区算法的基础之上进行改进,提出了区间合并和区域排序的新算法,对复杂切片轮廓进行矩形裁剪分区,有效合并,合理排序,从而实现了一种有效减小热变形的分区扫描路径规划新方法。通过试验对比结果表明,采用该算法的分区扫描路径填充的试验样件较采用连续扫描路径填充的试验样件挠曲变形量明显减小,该方法有效提高了工件的成形质量。 Scanning methods include sequential area scanning and separate area scanning. In the process of forming large parts hy coaxial powder feeding laser deposition manufacturing, sequential area scanning path will lead to uneven distribution of the temperature gradient on the forming surface , which cause warpage and cracking, and the flatness of parts are difficult to en- sure. Merging and sorting are proposed based on rectangle partition algorithm. In order to achieve an effective separate area scanning path and reduce thermal deformation, complex contour slice was cut, merged and reasonable sorted. Comparison tests found that the warping deformation of the specimen using the separate area scanning path significantly decreases, compared with the specimen with representing sequential area scanning path. The results showed that this method can effectively improve the quality of the forming of the workpiece.
