Rapid Analysis of Irradiated and Expired Deterioration of Ebastine by Raman Spectroscopy

目的:快速鉴别依巴斯汀是否发生光变质或过期变质。方法:运用激光拉曼光谱分别检测未变质、被激光和太阳光照射、以及过期的依巴斯汀,分析并利用依巴斯汀在100~2 000cm^(-1)光谱范围内的变化来快速鉴别其是否发生了光照变质或过期变质。结果:无论是光照后的依巴斯汀还是过期的依巴斯汀,其拉曼光谱变化都非常明显。结论:利用拉曼光谱可以快速鉴别出依巴斯汀是否光变质或过期。

Obiective：Rapid analysis of irradiated and expired deterioration of Ebastine. Method：Compare the differences of the Raman spectra of unmetamorphosed, irradiated, and expired Ebastine in the spectral range of 100- 2 000 cm-1. Result：The unmetamorphosed, irradiated, and expired Ebastine show very different characteristic Raman peakso Conclusion：Raman spectroscopy can be applied for rapid analysis of irradiated and expired deterioration of Ebastine.
