鼻咽癌放疗患者自我管理效能感对张口功能锻炼依从性的影响研究

Effects of self-care self-efficacy on mouth open training compliance among patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy

目的调查鼻咽癌放疗患者张口功能锻炼依从性与自我管理效能感的现状,并探讨两者之间的关系。方法采用一般资料调查表、张口功能锻炼依从性问卷及自我管理效能感量表,对124例鼻咽癌放疗患者进行问卷调查。结果鼻咽癌放疗患者张口功能锻炼依从性得分为(40.06±9.15)分,其中76.62%的患者处于中、低等依从水平;自我管理效能得分为(73.02±25.20)分,得分指标为52.16%,处于中等水平。分层回归分析显示自我管理效能感是患者张口功能锻炼的重要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论鼻咽癌患者张口功能锻炼依从性有待提高,护理人员可通过增强患者的自我管理效能提高患者张口功能锻炼依从性,从而提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the relationship between mouth open training compliance and self-care selfefficacy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy. Methods Totally 124 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy were investigated with functional exercise compliance scale and Strategies Used by People to Promote Health（SUPHH）（Chinese-version）. Results The total score of functional exercise compliance scale of patients was 40.06±9.15,and 76.62% of the patients showed middle or low level of compliance. The score of SUPPH was 73.02±25.20. Pearson correlation analysis showed self-care self-efficacy were positively related to functional exercise compliance（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The functional exercise compliance among patients with nasopha- ryngeal carcinoma is low,and nurses should improve it by raising their self-care self-efficacy to promote patients＇ quality of life.
