摘要
随着我国城镇化进程的持续加速,社会治理创新已成为推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的必然选择。社区教育作为国家基层组织从"管理"转向"治理"的重要抓手,在创新社会治理方式、激活社会组织活力、提升社会管理效率等方面发挥着独特的作用。基于此,在对社会治理、社区教育理论综述梳理的基础上,解析当前社区教育发展存在的问题及原因,提出社会治理视阈下社区教育发展实现路径,以期为社区教育发展提供决策依据。
With the continuous acceleration of our country's urbanization, the social governance innovation has been becoming an inevitable choice to push the modernization of the national governance system and society governance capability. As an important grasp from "management" to "governance" of the national organizations at the grass-roots level, the community education plays a unique role in some aspects, such as innovating the model of social governance, activating social organization vigor, improving social governance efficiency, etc. Based on the analysis of social governance, community education theory, this paper interprets the problems and reasons existing in the current development of community education, brings forward some implementation path from the perspective of social governance innovation, in order to provide some decision-making basis for the development of community education.
