摘要
意识决定行为,行为决定结果。国家、地方政府、职业院校、农民作为农民职业教育的参与主体,其行为对农民职业教育的成效起着至关重要的作用,以这四大参与主体的行为逻辑为出发点,着重探讨当前我国农民职业教育中出现的困境,在此基础上,提出新时期农民职业教育发展的思路与对策。
Consciousness of people will decide their behavior, while their behavior will determine the result. There are four sub- jects of peasant's vocational education, including the nation, local government, vocational colleges and farmers. Behavior of these four subjects will play a vital role on the effect of vocation education. Based on the behavioral logic of the four subjects above, this research focuses on the current dilemma of farmers in the plight of vocational education in our country. At the same time, it puts forward some development thoughts and countermeasures of vocational education in the new period.
