老龄化背景下我国老年教育资源整合策略研究

Research on the Integration Strategy of the Elderly Education Resources under the Background of Aging Population

在国内人口老龄化背景下,发展老年教育的价值日益凸显。为了促进我国老年教育的发展,有必要进一步探讨老年教育资源整合的策略,让有限的老年教育资源能够发挥更大的价值。基于此,在分析我国老年教育资源运用现状的基础上,提出了"率先整合校内资源、加快整合社区资源、充分整合社会资源"的老年教育资源整合策略,旨在推动国内老年教育的发展。

Under the background of aging population in China, the value of developing the elderly education is becoming increas- ingly prominent. In order to promote the development of the elderly education in our country, it is necessary to further explore the inte- gration strategies of the elderly education resources, so that the limited resources can deliver a better value. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of elderly education resources exertion in our country, this paper puts forward three integration strategies as follow ： firstly integrating the school resources, accelerating the integration of community resources, and fully integrating social resources, in or- der to promote the development of elderly education in China.
