我国农村社区成人教育组织的发展对策探析

Analysis on the Developing Countermeasure of Chinese Adult Education Development in Rural Community

组织化发展是我国成人教育发展的必然选择,组织化发展为农民成人学习提供了稳定的平台。对我国当前农村社区成人教育组织化发展的困境进行了梳理,其问题主要表现三个方面,即:成人教育组织缺失,农村社会处于危机之中;成人教育组织目标变异,教育处于漂浮与游离的形态;成人教育组织功能丧失,成为形式化的教育躯壳。针对以上成人教育发展现象和困境,作者从目标、内容、结构和保障制度等方面,构建了完善的我国农村社区成人教育组织化体系。

Organizational development is the inevitable choice of adult education, which also provides a stable platform for adult learning of farmers. Based on the research on the current plight of rural community organization of adult education, it turns out that the problems mainly displays in three aspects, namely ： the lack of adult education organization results in the crisis of rural society ; the var- iation of adult education organization goal results in the education with a floating and free form; the loss of organizational function of a- dult education results in an empty variety. To solve the above phenomenon and difficulties of aduh education, in the view of target, content, structure and guarantee system, this paper proposes a complete organization system of adult education in our country rural community.
