全球视域下海外华人文学作品中的移民“弱者形象”分析

Analysis of Weaker Image in Overseas Chinese Literature from the Global Perspective

从族群角度而言,移民群体相较本土居民,属于天然的社会弱势地位;而从形象学角度而言,"形象"是依照形象塑造者的自身需求、表达塑造者的欲望与诉求而创造出来的。因为历史的缘故,华人移民及其后裔在心理上或多或少都存在着"弱者感受"。本文选取了一些华人移民文学作品,结合社会、文化、历史等因素对文本里所塑造的移民"弱者形象"进行分析,探究这些移民弱者形象的形成原因及背后隐藏的诉求。

Compared with the aborigines, the immigrants are naturally considered weaker beings. From the imagist＇s point of view, the images are usually created to show the creator＇s self needs and appeals. Due to historical reasons, the overseas Chinese and their descendants are prone to suffer psychologically from being the weaker group. This paper takes the works of some overseas Chinese writers to explore the causes of the weak images and the appeals behind them, and probes into specific social, cultural and historical factors.
