Management of University Crisis Events in the Mobile Internet Environment

移动互联网的应用与推广使高校危机事件的应对与管理带来新的变化。本文首先介绍了校园危机事件的主要特征,即预期之外、危害性和负面影响、处置时间短;接下来结合移动互联网特征具体分析了在移动互联网环境下高校危机事件应对与管理所面临的机遇、挑战;最后,以思想政治教育为切入点,从四个方面描述了在移动互联网环境如何更好开展高校危机事件的应对与管理工作。

The application and popularization of mobile Internet has brought new changes to the crisis management in universities. First of all, this paper introduces the main characteristics of crisis in universities. They are usually unexpected, harmful, negative and urgent. Secondly, it analyzes the opportunities and challenges facing university crisis management in the mobile Internet environment. Finally, using ideological and political education as a breakthrough point, and from four aspects, this paper expounds on how to carry out the crisis management work at universities and colleges.
